Returns
Due to the hygienic nature of skincare and cosmetic products, we only accept returns for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
To be eligible for a return or replacement:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
- You must contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Proof of purchase and clear photos of the issue are required
Please do not return products without contacting us first.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. Include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Once approved, we will offer a replacement or full refund.
Refunds
After your request is reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider or bank.
Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Opened or used skincare products
- Products purchased on sale or promotion
- Gift cards
- Orders with incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
